The only drawback was the evenings were very chilly so I couldn't sit outside in the garden to watch the sunsets. That's no fault of our hostess."

"This student accommodation has just opened. Everything is new and there is still construction dust which will take time to clear. Rooms are compact, with not much ventilation as some rooms have windows that open slightly facing buildings and others with aircons with windows that don’t open. It is close to Eyre square, shopping outlets, public transport to and from the airport with both bus and train stations within a 7 min walk. Good for a few days of budget travel."

Please note, my star ratings reflect a European hotel in an old quarter where everything is a bit minimalized, so if you are thinking American 5 star standards, it's not the same, so adjust your expectations to where you are. "In the heart of Latin Quarter, literal steps to all of the restaurants and bars along Quay. Loved being so close to everything. Room is very small but that’s the point. Affordable, great location (~10 min walk to bus or train stations or ferry). Staff was extremely helpful."
