L'accoglienza molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera purtroppo non era lontanamente quella descritta nell'annuncio. Abbiamo prenotato una tripla superior con tv, vista mare. Abbiamo avuto una doppia con bagno mooolto piccolo, senza bidet...non ci stava....vista mare....non pervenuta, senza tv. Ora...vero che con 40 euro non bisogna avere grandi aspettative, ma se tu descrivi un prodotto poi deve corrispondere alla descrizione.....infine...b&b quindi bed end breakfast ma niente olazione....va beh....

Bom custo/benefício.

Hotel em Condofuri, simples mas com bom custo/benefício. Boa limpeza e cama. Mas cabe destacar o excelente atendimento do proprietário e de sua filha Simona. Valem a simplicidade das acomodações.

Struttura gradevole, proprietario scorretto

La struttura è in una posizione facilmente raggiungibile, lungo la statale. Le stanze sono pulite e i letti comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del cognato del titolare che ha atteso il nostro arrivo fino a tarda notte. Tuttavia il proprietario si è mostrato scorretto in quanto la prenotazione indicava chiaramente che la colazione era inclusa, ma dopo la prenotazione invece ricevo una sua mail in cui mi dice che non era così e che non ce l'avrebbe servita. Ho cercato di trovare un accordo chiedendo che in cambio ci venisse data l'opportunità di parcheggiare l'auto dentro la sua proprietà, ma si è rifiutato. Ha risposto che non ci voleva fare altri regali. Quali regali? Io ho pagato il prezzo che mi è stato richiesto. È basso? E allora che lo aumenti, piuttosto che cercare di recuperare negandoci la colazione. Mi sono rivolto a Hotel.com che molto professionalmente ha provveduto a rimborsarci le spese sostenute per la colazione. Perciò sappiate che se dovesse capitarvi una situazione simile dovrete contattare l'assistenza clienti, piuttosto che rinunciare a ciò che è dovuto. P.S. La prenotazione non era rimborsabile, altrimenti avrei benissimo annullato
