"The rooms smelled so bad like an old biker bar. These were supposedly non-smoking rooms, but they stunk, and were very dirty. We ended up leaving and choosing a different hotel. "

"We needed a pet friendly place and we marked the filters, however upon arrival and disclosure we were told they were not pet friendly. That needs to be addressed. Because of a service dog we were able to stay but that was due to a young man going above and beyond at the front desk. He text his boss. At check out, the older women at the front desk was upset when she realized...."

"Everything was really nice. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great both mornings. Spa and pool we basically had to ourselves for the most part and it was nice and clean. The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating and I'm in good shape and good health and usually not bothered by a hotel bed. Also the shower pressure was very faint and the shower head was so high up that it felt like just getting sprinkled. Other than faint shower and hard bed, everything was really nice. "

"Great property, excellent value, wonderful customer service & communication, good parking. Property is directly adjacent to SR 260, so can be a bit noisy during the day but a cozy cabin community with great amenities and access to dining, shopping, and hiking trails."
