"Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta. Piscina piccola ma dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione eccezionale (buffet e servita). Disponibilità di parcheggio interno su prenotazione. Unico neo: orario reception (chiusa fino alle 11), suggerirei di anticipare l’orario di apertura almeno alle 10. "The residence is beautiful! The pool was huge and very clean. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ferry. The balcony had a lovely view of of the pool and neighborhood (but not the ocean or beach). The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. "Excellent Stay with Stunning Views We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient—close to the bus stop and local shops. The views of the Amalfi Coast and the sea are absolutely beautiful. The hotel manager Mauro was outstanding—very responsive and helpful in coordinating events and making sure everything ran smoothly. "This property exceeded expectations. There was no mention about the incredible view of the entire Sorrento that you have from a beautiful terrace. We enjoyed our morning breakfast and sunset with a glass of Prosecco. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of space and for a family of five. My only wish list would be that that there would be a washing machine as we had already been travelling for five days and needed to wash clothes. The hosts were so lovely, very helpful and accommodating....

"Found out There was miscommunication at the beginning. I booked through Expedia and when communicating through the hotel we had established they would arrange pick up at train. Then my phone number went in WhatsApp and continued communication found out was with local caretaker who knew nothing of picking me up and gave me directions to walk there as only 15 minute walk.
