"Hotellet är lite "surf style" och lite slitet. Ligger bra och trevlig personal, men rummen (iaf vårt familjerum) var ganska slite. Stenhårda sängar men bra utrymmen. Helt ok pool och trevligt med padelbana (som vi spelade fotbollstennis i) Lite småsnålt att ta betalt för safety box och extra kaffekapslar (fick 2 vid incheckning? Läget är helt perfekt om man vill gå in till stan eller till den magiskt fina stranden."

"Just wonderful ! Very hard to leave. A little paradise, owned by local family, who also provide homemade baking, their locally grown berries and everything for Breakfast. So quiet, 1km from coast, very accessible, safe, clean, comfortable, just gorgeous! "É a minha segunda vez no Monte do Giestal, mas tal como na primeira, uma estadia prolongada de 5 dias. Tudo é bom aqui, desde as amplas e equipadas casas, super confortáveis, ao espaço exterior, sossego, comida entregue a porta de casa pelas sempre atenciosas funcionárias que não deixam que falte nada. Mais, venho com o meu cão, de porte grande, e também ele adora o Monte. Tem bastante espaço para correr livremente e é muito bem recebido. "

"Très bel endroit pour un séjour bord de mer calme et chic : maison très deco et moderne à 2 pas de la Plage, avec parking et installations sportives/piscines à 2 pas ! Maison d’architecte avec beau jardin m, Très spacieuse, tout équipé et neuf. Idéal familles. Les 2 Plages de Troia sont belles et propres même si l’eau est froide on peut s’u Baigner. Le village tendance et authentique de Comporta, ses 2 plages avec magnifiques restaurants de plage sont à 10 et 20 minutes... températures...

"We only used this hotel to stay overnight while traveling from The Algarve to Lisbon. But it was more than adequate for that. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. The building is located within easy walking distance of the town, restaurants, and the beach. Porto Covo is a nice small town, and parking was easy. The staff was very nice and spoke English, which we appreciated. Facility was quiet but be advised their is no front desk help from midnight to 8:00. Overall,...

"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "Extremely musty stench and needed to be aired out. There is also ants in the kitchen area. We kept the windows open and heard the beautiful birds and diesel car engines all night long. Inexpensive but did not look like the picture. Would not recommend for longer than one night. The area of vila nova de milfontes is beautiful and the location outstanding. "
