"Moderately priced room in downtown Hartford. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no hotel courtesy parking. Lot in rear was $18.00 per night. The hotel also required a $100.00 deposit upon check in. Hopefully not charged to my cc as the room was left as we found it upon check out."

"Great place, very clean and also friendly and helpful staff on the evening shift. Was disappointed with the afternoon desk person as we got in a little early and needed a place to change for our anniversary dinner and the clerk said there were plenty of rooms available but we would have to pay an additional fee to check in early. I have business traveled for 40+ years and have never ran into anything this. I guess happy anniversary to us! :("
