"Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, room décor beautiful and comfortable, architecture and design thoughtful and interesting. Breakfast buffet was sparse, yet what was available was arranged nicely. The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. Overall this is an extremely well done hotel with many special touches which make you feel pampered!"

"Wow, Wow, Wow. What a place to stay. We were met by Sabrina the host, nothing was too much trouble. The room and its view is something you can normally only dream of. Stunning. There were many little extra touch like cakes, milk, coffee biscuits etc available to us. It’s only a 300m walk into the town, where there are a few bars and restaurants, but it’s also where you can catch the ferry to anywhere on the lake. "The property was generally good. Initially confused about the kitchen arrangement as this was not clear in the information about the accommodation. We did find that the kitchen was ok but lacked an oven as the microwave was small for cooking larger dishes. We also found a lack of some cutlery like tea spoons and forks and knives for preparing meals. We only found a bread knife. "The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure!
