"Had to rekey about 8 times in 3 days; air conditioning leaked in our carpet and was deafening. Breakfast service was awful and paid at $13 per person should have been quality "

"After checking into the room and turning the tv on, all the channels were fuzzy or pixelated. We called the front desk and were told the cable was out throughout the hotel and that there would be no resolution until Monday which is when we were scheduled to checkout. We spent the weekend without TV (we love sports so this was an inconvenience). The front desk knew this was an issue and didn’t care to share that we would be without for the weekend. Additionally the breakfast was not up to par for us. The selections were minimal. We ended up going to local restaurants for the breakfast. "

"Absolutely loved it, the bathroom was especially wonderful, the tub is exactly what I wanted. The MILO restaurant was nice for breakfast. The reception staff was very nice and attentive. It looked like a luxury hotel, just what we were hoping for. "

"The stay was okay but one employee at the front desk was horrible. It doesnt hurt to smile. Not every person is a fit to work in customer service and she is one of those persons. "

"Check in was the easiest I have ever checked in. And they upgraded my room to a suite for free for my birthday!! Which really made me feel super special. If I could give more stars I would. And I will be back when in that area. "
