This hotel was just ok. I have been coming to this hotel since it was Holiday Inn when it was first built. While it did its job for me to sleep, the breakfast was bad. The OJ was old, no coffee, and potatoes were still cold. I will still come because let’s face it, it’s better then the other options, but I believe there needs to be some up grades and make sure all coffee pots in rooms work as well as getting plugs that can charge phones.

Property right next to Walmart store and close distance to all commerce has to offer was great. Evan though water in the hot tub was not hot and blow dryer didn't work everything else did and all in all was a relative good experience.

Filthy!
This is a filthy hotel. Our bathroom had mold & dirty floors. The lamp shades, walls, & furniture were filthy with dirty handprints and food/ dried liquid splattered on them. The fire alert box was TAPED TO THE WALL WITH SCOTCH TAPE!!! We will never stay here again.

Very Bad Experience
Very bad experience. 1st the room they initailly gave us hadn't been cleaned, had trash and beds were unmade. The replacement room smelled sour, and the tv wasn't working correctly. Also the phone in the room also wasn't working.They advertised breakfast from 6 to 9, however at 7:45, everything was picked over and had to wait nearly an hour for more to be brought out.

Property slowing declining
I stay here a weekend in January and February to attend a dog event. Over the last 3 years the property has become run down more and more. Haven't had an ice machine on the 3rd floor in forever. The rooms that have been partially remodeled are missing lamps, closet rods, hair dryers. The side door card entry doesn't work so folks prop open the door which defeats the purpose of security.

Good value for the money, fridge not cold
Good value for the price. Would stay there again. Only one issue is the refrigerators need defrosting. They don’t cool well because the small freezer loop at the top is caked over with ice. I know defrosting is a chore but the could easily be scraped with a putty knife to get the bulk of the frost off then would work better. Again i would stay here again.

Had to go back to front desk several times because the key wouldn’t work and one time I had to get them to come and unlock the door and they even had trouble getting it to open and the door on the side going out will not let you back in to the building

jacuzzi suite
The staff is very attentive and caring. we stayed in the jucuzzi suite and it was huge! my only criticism would be that it could have been cleaner. Overall we had a great stay. thank you to the staff, who was very hospitable and made it worth it!

The biggest issues I had was that the room I was in had a weird smell and the battery on my door went out. But instead of offering me another room, the front desk clerk advised me to put the inside lock in between the door and the door frame from keeping the door from shutting all the way when I left the room so I could let myself back in.

We stayed over one night. There was a roach in the room when we got in. There were stains on all the funiture. The bathroom shower sprayed all over the floor of the bathroom even with the curtain fully closed. Breakfast is bad. Coffee tastes like water. Just really bad.

It is very convenient to the University and a very good little restaurant. It is an old Holiday Inn Express that has been renamed not renovated. Furniture very dated. It served the purpose, a clean safe place to stay after the football game. The only hotel in town. Breakfast was adequate nothing exceptional.

Relatively quiet hotel.. friendly staff, I would have gave 5 star but the beds are kinda uncomfortable had back pain after day 2. We checked out a day early staff was understanding and refunded us a hundred bucks… your in the same parking lot as a Walmart and steakhouse that’s a huge plus.. overall was a great stay.

Room 319 the water backed up in the shower and the crickets need to be emptied from the light in the bathroom. There needs to be another kind of juice for breakfast everyone can not drink orange juice.

It is just impossible this hotel continue their business. I can’t believe I had to kill 5 insects. Disgusting. They were not Beatles like hotel informed at front.

Garbage Hotel...Garbage Customer Service
I the single worst customer service interaction of my life at this hotel. Rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. They have a bug problem that they admit to and don't fix. I went to take a shower...no shower curtain or towels. I called the front desk. Girl who answered says I need to come get one at the front desk..I asked if she could bring it up and she hung up on me. I called back and and asked again...she says she will bring it up. 15 minutes later...no shower curtain. I went downstairs..no one at the front desk. I go back to my room and call the front desk several times. No answer. 25 minutes pass, no shower curtain. I call the front desk again, new girl answers. I explain the situation...she says I have to come down and get it...she says front desk worker isn't allowed to leave the front desk (I was just down there....no one there). I asked who was putting up the shower curtain...her reply "you don't know how?" I couldn't believe it. Then she follows with "I am not housekeeping". I go downstairs again...get the shower curtain and ask why they are being so rude. Again, she says, "I am not housekeeping....and it's not that much of an inconvenience (for me to do the job of the hotel)." I also told her we needed towels...I got a really dirty look and she went to get towels. Didn't have any at the front desk. So she left to get them (I thought she couldn't leave the front desk?). Not once was there an apology or the slightest care bout the situation. GARBAGE HOTEL
