Nice room, convenient for stay. Lots of people roaming around the area. My husband spent killed 15 mosquitoes in the room. Nice “Sonic” ice available.

Great check in service! Fanny is always very cheerful and helpful. Clean rooms, parking space right in front of the room! Didn’t expect much for the low price. Pleasantly surprised.

Nice stay
It’s a super nice cute quiet motel, rooms were nice and clean. Only thing what wasn’t so great it’s the window AC/ Heater, it’s super loud. But beside that, I would always stay there again.

Very clean, updated and attractive. My husband was impressed that you got every channel on the tv, lol. Well lit. Except maybe the bathroom could use slightly better lighting near the mirror, shadows. Everything we needed was there! We only stayed one night but the price was right.

Perfect little motel
This little motel was just what we needed for a quick trip to check out one of the local duck hunting clubs, we checked in late about 10pm and we're greeted at the late check in window by a very nice and friendly woman with a great smile and attitude. We had a very clean room, some reviews say the heat or air is loud I fixed a little rattle it made by putting a piece of cardboard where it was vibrating and not an issue. Would stay here again and again for next year's duck season. Check out was just as easy and friendly. Very close to the casino as well.

Perfect Off-brand hotel
This is a very nice small hotel. The staff is excellent. I was traveling on business. However, I intend to return and stay again for pleasure. This hotel is perfect.

Clean but HOT ROOM
Even though the room was prepaid the air conditioning wasn't on. Temp got up yo 119 degrees. Also person that checked us in asked inappropriate questions. Room so small that 2 double beds fit but not with walking room around both beds. Air conditioner in space that must have been a closet, with door removed. Won't stay there again.

Great small town motel
Recently stayed at the Colusa Motel. What a wonderful place to stay in the valley! Owners were super nice. Even called prior to my arrival to know when to have the A/C turned on! I fished a tournament on the Sacramento River and they accommodated boat parking for me each day so I did not have to unhook my boat. I will stay there every time I am in the area and need lodging.

This motel is fully renovated! I enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable. The motel has a refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very nice, and the room is fully stocked and keep clean. I will definitely return!

Positive... Friendly ownership. We got a newly remodel room, all nicely done. Parking right infront of rooms. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine. Big shower. Clean premises. Negative... Bed, matress really hard not comfortable. Not enough blankets, only sheet and very light bed spread. Lightning, no lamps only spot lights. Loud heater unit. Overall good place just bring extra blankets :)
