The ice machine didn’t work on my floor, our windows were cracked we when came into the room, there was a towel on the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it was not cleaned before I arrived and the elevator wouldn’t work twice. For the about I spent on a suite and the pictures and look from inside the lobby which is beautiful I expected a lot more.

Ice machine on our floor was inoperable, only one elevator was working, shower drain was clogged, the restaurant was out of everything ( ketchup, berries , potatoes, all juices, )

A lot of noise from the streets, there was a wedding party and several other events so hotel was more noisy than probably what is normal. Could smell smoking of all types in the hallways and elevator

The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby looks amazing and the room was perfect. The bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up the next day.
