The hotel is under an extreme remodel. We had clean rooms but everything else looked like a war zone. We should have been relocated. It is not in condition to receive guests.

Completely under construction, no breakfast being served and ice machine broken. So many things broken in the room and blinds missing slats so was like daylight all night long with parking lot lights

The hotel is under rehab. No breakfast facilities. Room had a broken handle to the faucet. Had to ask the staff multiple times before one took action to get it fixed. Hallway was filthy with construction dirt and materials. I would not have stayed there had I known the status of the hotel.

Awesome. Room was very nice and everything worked. Safe area with lots of food very close. Property is under some renovations and it def needs it but overall, especially for the price, the stay was fantastic.

Pésimo, no la recomiendo para nada. Paguè por una habitación con desayuno y cuando hicimos el check in pregunté la hora del desayuno y dijeron de una forma que ni les interesa, no hay desayuno porque estamos remodelando. Las habitaciones sucias, no servia nada, el secador de pelo dañado. No lo recomiendo para nada

Entire hotel under renovation. Lobby has nothing in it- active construction site. No breakfast offered because of this. No pool. Had reservation cancelled twice due to over bookings from third party Expedia. Was put into a room where the headboard had fallen off the wall, the bathroom had mold, the shower head sprayed water out of the side all over the wall, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the fan in the bathroom hanging out of the ceiling, and the best part…NO Toilet Seat. After reporting this - it still was never installed. Due to working a music festival and Columbus being booked out of every hotel because of the above music festival, no other options for a different hotel stay. The staff were friendly and they did what they could but the hotel should not be booking any reservations at this time due to the level of construction.

It needs some serious remodeling which they said they were planning for soon. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast as promised. Coffee and cereal! No juice or even toast. Bed was very comfy.

Area is quiet and not a really busy place. Got snowed in and couldn’t get out of parking lot so obviously couldn’t leave, was given 2 days free. There’s no breakfast ever, not sure why it’s even Listed. Staff is nice and room was clean, was moved to another room because the microwave and fridge didn’t work. 2 vending machines soda machine accepts cash/card and snack machine only accepts money and only $1 bills and coins.

Yes, they were remodeling but the couch in the room we stayed in was extremely stained up and absolutely disgusting. I was very uncomfortable with anybody in my party sleeping on it. There was also not one trashcan in the hotel room. Bed was very comfortable, and the sheets were clean at least
