#1. The website states that there was a breakfast available for residents. Not true. I was told that because of 'new' ownership, the breakfast promoted on their page was not available. Now, I picked this place for that reason. I had other choices but that was the primary reason, to have a coffee and something light to eat before I checked out. So I was told a lie. Could there have been a table set up with coffee and donuts? Sure! At least that would have been the property making an effort to show their customers that they care. Instead they let the young ladies working at check in have to apologize to all who were lied to. That, to me, is disgraceful. #2. One of the two plastic cups in our room was NOT wrapped and had prints on it (fingers? lips?) . #3. The mattress is of the lowest quality. You roll on it and you can hear it making noise of some kind. Like it was stuffed with hay or straw. How cheesy.

The room had a funky smell. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The bathroom door did not shut. You could hear people coming in to the hotel at all hours of the night. The bed was very wobbly so when you rolled over it shook.

I was a little hesitant at first but I gave it a go&I'm glad I did.Very nice place,a lot of food restaurants close by,nice area, friendly staff&if you needed anything they were very quick about getting it to you.They didn't really have much to pick from the grab&go breakfast that was the only issue,but it's plenty of food spots to pick from so no biggie.I would go back

The Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. A few minor issues with cleanliness but the problems as much as possible was corrected. Like I said the staff was so pleasant that I decided to stay. Yes I would stay again.

The number of stairways to use to access a first floor room totaled 2! One stairway was open the other what some would call so closed in that it was just waiting for a crime scene. I never would have stayed here if room access was detailed. I have stayed at Extended Stay in other states a and they were lovely. This location was just creepy.

Carpet was dirty. Place smelled like pot. Only coffee and instant oatmeal in the morning, and that wasn’t ready till after 6:30.! Should’ve stayed at a Motel 6!

A good cool room on a hot August day!
We were in town for Dublin Irish Festival events. Loved the location, a little secluded from main roads. Property is well maintained. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant. Room was cool and clean, very comfortable. We will definitely book here again next time we are in town. No elevator but that was not an issue for us.

There was no elevator. Rooms were extended stay (apartment style, but didn't have things like silverware or even a coffee maker). Breakfast was granola bars and oatmeal packets. Would probably stay elsewhere next trip.
