This hotel is just 'ok.' I stayed here because I was flying in late and there was a complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Upon checkin at 10:45pm, I went to my room and the toilet was running. I didn't want to deal with waiting for Maintenance to come help - so I immediately asked for another room. I was given a different room - but it was quite dirty. There was a crushed cracker on the ground, a dried pineapple on the ground, dried liquid on the bedside table, a dead bug in the bathroom sink, purple something all over 1 of the walls. The electronic shade didn't work - so it was like not having a window, at all. The heat didn't work and the outlets weren't strong. Although I made sure all of my electronics were charging before I went to bed - nothing charged all night. I was pretty frustrated. I asked for a different room on my 2nd and last night there and they gave me a much better room. I was disappointed in the service and the lack of care for my terrible experience on night 1. I expected to have a discount taken off my final invoice or a complimentary night for the dirty room on night 1 - but I didn't get anything. The price was right for this location - but don't expect a nice Marriott experience. It was not a very clean hotel. I was pretty disappointed and I don't plan on staying there again.
