Our room was really nice and accommodated the space for 5 of us!! I love having the kitchenette in the room for all the food we have to travel with for the 2 Littles.

Restaurant is closed for several years now apparently but the sign is still up and the barmaid was very rude when asked about the restaurant

Our room was beautiful! It was huge! The kitchen was amazing. However we got 2 towels for 4 people and it seemed that other rooms were having the same issues. We also got locked out of our room because our door lock battery died. We had just gotten done with the pool. Had soaking wet kids and the staff in the lobby seemed frazzled by overbooking issues. The lady that was assisting us seemed to try to avoid our issue. She called maintenance and they left for the day and didn’t want to come back. The backup maintenance person wasn’t answering their phone. That front desk lady cut through the lobby to the other connected hotel lobby. We walked over there and she said she forgot when I asked if anyone was coming to help. My husband found a cleaning lady that called someone and then she disappeared. But the maintenance man decided to come back and help. Why would a hotel this size not have someone on staff or on call for emergencies like this? It would not have been a problem if the communication was clear that we are working on it. It felt like we were being avoided and they were not concerned about us being locked out of our room.

The maid knocked before 9 to clean. Not great. The breakfast was not put out that morning. We had to go out to eat. Probably not typical but a bad stay for us.

The furniture and carpet were dirty and stained. Trash litter in the hallways and on the elevator. Broken glass shards all over the parking lot. A car with a busted out window that looks like it’s been sitting there for a long time.

Upon arriving, the front desk was wonderful. The staff was very kind and polite our whole stay. However, our room had a broken pullout, the issue was resolved but the bed was left unusable. The pillows were terrible and we had to ask for more. We were not given enough towels and the pool was poorly stocked. We felt like we over paid for the experience we had.

Overall the stay was decent especially.when I figured out how to work the blackout curtains. The breakfast was good with the exception of the person preparing the food. They ran out of waffle batter and instead of happily saying that we are out and offering an apology, she reverted to saying there is no more in a very unservice tone while guest were still in the line. Most of the workers that I came in contact with were very helpful and nice. I would still stay at this property gain because it was overall a pleasant hotel.

Quality hotel, good value. Pool side needs towels
Breakfast menu same as I’ve had for years, would love more variety. Also only 1 waffle iron for basically 2 large hotels, wait for a waffle too long. No towels at the pool in the morning. Someone should tell the clerk at the garden side a guest for the Homesuites can walk to the other lobby to register!

We arrived at 7:30 PM and were told our room wasn’t clean yet. We went to dinner and returned at 8:45 PM. The concierge told me she was leaving to check on our room. 15 minutes later, she returned to tell me it would be another 10 minutes. We are exhausted and just want in our room. If I wasn’t so tired, I would leave and try to find another place to stay,

We had to cancel the reservation and need a refund from Hotels.com. When we arrived around 8 pm they had a waiting line of hotel guests waiting for their rooms to be cleaned and had no idea when we would get into our room. We had to find another hotel

I booked about 3 weeks before and paid fully for my stay only to find out they had no room for me. I don't know why greed has led organizations to deceive people like this. I had a long international flight and got stranded although i did the right thing. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

We arrived to the property at 12:30 AM and for a half an hour could not find someone to help us get checked in once we got our room. We open the door to find a broken bed and a couch with the stain the size of the couch cushion. When we went back to the lobby to get a new room, another gentleman was down there complaining that the room that they assigned to him already had somebody sleeping in it, which made my kids very fearful that somebody would walk into our room in the middle of the night.
The carpets in the hallway are very, very stained the breakfast bar at the Homewood suites had a conference in it, and it was not cleaned up for our whole entire stay.
We asked for towels multiple times the cleaning people did not have them in the front desk wasn’t able to give them to us
We asked the front desk person to have the manager call us back and they have still not done so thus far

Bloody stay
My family and I arrived at the hotel around 3:30 PM. Upon entering our room and unloading our belongings, I noticed there was blood all over the room. I immediately called the front desk, but no one answered. When I went downstairs moments later, the receptionist assured me that someone would come to clean the room. Unfortunately, no one ever arrived. By 9:00 PM, I went back down to the front desk and was told that the room would be cleaned after we returned from dinner, and that we could not be moved because all rooms were booked. After returning from dinner around 10:30–11:00 PM, the room had still not been cleaned. At that point, we were told we would need to move to a different room. This was extremely difficult and inconvenient, especially since I have two autistic children. Once we moved into the new room, we discovered there was only one towel and one washcloth, and no dish soap. Despite multiple requests, additional towels and washcloths were not provided promptly. The next morning, we went down for breakfast around 9:40 AM. Due to my autistic child being overwhelmed by the crowd, I asked if we could grab a plate to take back to our room. A staff member told me this was perfectly fine. However, as we were collecting our food, a man began clearing the area and rudely stated, “It’s 10:00, breakfast is over, and you should have come down sooner.” This interaction was unprofessional and unpleasant. While I understand rules are rules, I had already confirmed with staff .

Very low staffed. I was present when staff told people their room was not cleaned and ready for them yet (at 9pm) and that housekeeping had left for the day! After they had the reservation for months. I'm not sure how rooms go uncleaned. There was bags of trash and towels in the hallways. The little staff that was there was kind but who would work there long term under those conditions. Disappointing customers. I expected more from a hotel with Hilton attached.

Room not serviced in entire 1 week stay, common areas such as room hallways were unclean with piles of garbage and dirty laundy piled in the hallway. As an observation it seems that the hotel was very short staffed. Room itself was nice on arrival. At least twice during my stay the TV came on with a full screen welcome message with another guests name.
