Everything was great, didn’t like the fact that we had to pay $37 to park overnight. Tv kept going in and out and was difficult to get started.

Spotlessly clean hotel filled with character in the heart of downtown Columbus. Excellent location close to many restaurants and shops (but far enough away from loud OSU college students). Spacious room, good range of cable TV channels, a kettle and some instant coffee and cream (but no tea), mini fridge, plenty of work area for your laptop, and well-stocked with high-quality soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, blow-dryer, and many towels. Although the floors were clean, I'm not a fan of walking barefoot in hotels and I forgot to bring flip flops (which they don't provide). They also don't provide cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth.

Room was like a cave with dark fake wood flooring and wall coverings resembling dark wood paneling, even with black on/off switches which made them impossible to find at night. Just blended into the darkness. Bumped my head and toe trying to turn light on at night. Dust everywhere. In-hotel dining should be closed, serving frozen food warmed up. Direct TV l was terrible with loss of signal all the time. Extremely noisy with room facing High Street, which sounded like an LA street race with souped up cars, trucks, and motorcycles. On the 6th floor, noise from the street was ridiculous. Can't fix this issue. Would never stay again. Don't believe reviewers who said it was a 10/10, "Excellent", etc.

I absolutely loved this place. First time visiting Columbus and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in an even more amazing location. Close to absolutely everything, OSU, shopping, dining. The staff is incredible, the room was awesome with rich OH history. Down to the wallpaper in the elevator lobby. Cannot wait to visit again. I love The Graduate

This is my first time staying in a Graduate hotel and I absolutely love it. The attention to detail is amazing. It feels very special. The rooms are a little small but extreme efficient and visually entertaining.

I love these hotels they never disappoint. Comfortable beds, unique local experience and convenient. Check in was friendly and informational and recommendations offered. In room instant coffee ( which is now a luxury without having to leave the room) although the coffee could use an upgrade. Valet available.

Staff person at the front desk upon our arrival was very unfriendly snd unwelcoming. We had our small dog with us and she seemed very put off by this. We chose the hotel because it was dog friendly. She emphasized “do not leave your dog alone in the room” as if we were children to be scolded. We’re 60. I will not be back because of the welcome we received. The Junto also takes pets, so we will stay there the next time we’re in town to visit our daughter. We also stayed at the Cincinnati Graduate and our entire experience was delightful. Valet staff on the other hand were very friendly and very helpful. One valet waited for me outside as I looked for something in my car. He did not want me to be in The parking lot alone.

This was a cozy, quiet, perfect place to stay for a unique Columbus experience. The restaurants and shops nearby were fantastic and my morning jog through the neighborhood was delightful. The staff and valet attendants were courteous and helpful!! Highly recommend.

Within 10 minutes walk to the convention center. They welcome our two labradors every tome we stay. This was our third year in a row. Dont need to look anywhere else. Great staff and the valet service is top notch.
