"I wish I had gotten the staff members name, but when we ordered a DoorDash after a concert we attended and it was delivered to the wrong address, the staff member was so kind and helpful. She walked over to the address it was delivered to with me and walked back with me. I was so thankful for her kindness! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and convenient for our one night stay for a concert."

"We stayed at the OSU Hyatt for the CountryFest. It was a great location with complimentary shuttle for the event. Initially we were told they only drop off but our driver offered pickup if we were able to arrive at the drop off by a specific time. We missed that window by 25 mins and he still agreed to pick us up. Beds were comfortable but queens. We are used to a king so we had some challenges, but overall, great hotel. We would stay again. "

"I've stayed in a number of Hamptons. Although the property and my room were good, I believe it is an older Hampton property. That is, Ive stayed in other/newer Hampton properties that felt "fresh." And of course, the "public areas" of "Hampton Inn style hotels are more open and inviting. Yet, I stayed in a Comfort Inn (owned by the same corporate group) that was equally nice albeit a less "lux" public space, for considerably less..."

"it was a nice hotel. A few things, outlets on patio don't work. The elevator doesn't start on the first floor so people were carrying the luggage carts down 3-5 stairs. It was weird. "
