"Room was clean in detail ! Situated at the rear of the hotel, it was extremely quiet as well. The staff were informative and helpful. I was given two bottles of water upon Registration and departure. Breakfast: Great coffee. A variety of Teas were available as well. Scrambled eggs, large waffles, bacon, sausages, and pan fried potatoes each day. White, brown, and whole wheat bread available for toast. Bananas were on hand and fruit juices in dispensers. Three cereal dispensers as well. There is a coffee service available at the entrance to the dining room for those who wish to grab a cup and go. There was large well-lit parking lot on the property. Summary: Clean rooms, attentive, helpful staff, great brekkie, and great value ! I joined the BW Club and look forward to my next stay."

"The room was clean although looked to be undergoing some updating with screw holes in the wall. The bathroom fan also didn’t work. You could hear every step in the room above, at least in the room we were staying. Staff were friendly and helpful when we had to wait over 30 minutes for management to arrive to check us in. The sauna and hot tub worked well. For a last minute stay it worked just fine, but it wasn’t worth what we paid for."

"This boutique hotel is located in a odd neighbourhood of Golden, away from restaurants and other amenities, and in a semi-industrial part of town. However, if you get a room that faces the river and the mountains, you will have a fantastic view from your room. Our room was facing the opposite direction and although we had a view of the mountains too, we also looked into a industrial warehouse and yard which was not as pituresque. The check-in process was straight-forward and communications were great. The hotel has arrangements with a local café which provided us with room-service breakfast which was unexpected (the cost for this service was OK). We had a peaceful rest and the rooms were quiet."

"The beds are pretty good. The pet friendly room was quite rundown however. The bath tub had only shower the lever was broken. So the shower head just stayed on. They had one chair from the original start i think and it was so worn out and sunk in so I had to put a pillow on it to sit comfortably. They need to dispose of the old warped furniture and upgrade. Big heavy wood furniture. I didn’t have a pet and this was the only room I could get. But overall it was fine and the pool is lovely."
