"Ms. Nicole, the hotel receptionist, was exceptionally courteous and very helpful during both check-in and check-out. The building is quite old, which affected the quality of certain amenities. The breakfast service and the rooms were satisfactory and maintained a good level of cleanliness. I would visit again, but only as a last resort."

"My room was not clean when I arrived. There were crumbs on the floor between the bed and the window. Additionally, the base on the floor lamp was coated in dust. When my room was cleaned on Day 2, the cleaning didn't make sense. The toilet seat was up indicating the toilet had been cleaned. However, the towels had not been removed, the bed was not made, and the garbage had not been made."
