"Beds were very comfortable. But I got up at 7:30am and was going to shower at 8 am and there was no hot water. Waited until 8:30 am and had to take a Luke warm shower. Wife said maybe because the Housekeeper was running the shower for a very long time in another room to clean."

"Nice, cozy, clean hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant. The only drawback is having the swimming pool in the middle od the dining area, it was noisy to have breakfast/coffee in the morning. During dinnig times I believe the pool should be closed. Otherwise the its a great hotel to stay!"

"So overall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. I’d say the one thing I was more disappointed as the breakfast. I would’ve expected something a little bit nicer than just a little Debbie’s donuts or hostess donuts and just packaged stuff. I would expect something a little more fresh or something for the most part. It was really good. That would be. I would say really my only issue."

"I had booked a stay for two nights, Friday and Saturday. When we arrived they said on their system it shows my reservation for Sunday to Monday even though when I pull up my confirmation in my email it clearly is not Sunday to Monday. On top of that they didn't have any rooms available so we had to scramble trying to find another place to stay. We were told we wouldn't be charged for this, but I have been and it honestly just hasn't been a good experience overall."

"While the room was spacious, the gym had broken equipment and the pool was too small and filled with kids. Breakfast is decent and the woman who cleaned the area gets 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that the staff at the front desk was not courteous upon check-in and would not offer a refund of a night's stay even though I'm a "valued" member of their rewards program. "This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel."

"Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy, over hard eggs, waffle bar, but was light on any healthier options. The room was clean and neat. Our big complaints were the sketchy, poorly lit, crowded parking areas and the thick pot-smoke in front of and inside the hotel lobby and elevator. Those two things together made the hotel seem less welcoming than I am sure the owners wanted it to be. "
