"My daughter and i have stayed at this hotel several times. It was our favorite. Everything was different this time. Ive always gotten a $10 credit towards the restaurant for being a VIP member of Expedia. While checking in, i asked if we werent going to get it, and the woman replied that the restaurant was down for maintenance. I asked until when, and she had no clue. They also shortened the breakfast hours for during the week, and were now requiring a $100 deposit. Thats all new. We have stayed there almost every month since November. Next, people were fighting loudly and slamming doors as we walked to our room. We get there and there is one tiny shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room was paid for in advance, for two nights, and for two people. Who on earth thinks thats enough? Oh yeah, I forgot about the single makeup wipe. Next, the air conditioner didnt work correctly because it said the filter needed to be cleaned. The other people staying on the floor were obnoxiously loud all night long. This never happened before, as staff would monitor and handle it. There were bags of trash all down the hallway that stunk to high hell. There werent enough staff to even cover everything. The real cherry on top? The custom made omelet that came with the stay is now $10 a person. There used to be a line of people waiting for a delicious omelet. I saw one person in two days. The breakfast items were cold of lower quality by far. Pool was closed too."

"Breakfast was a quick stop on the way out the door to work. Cold breakfast only but still appreciated! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. I was there for 2 weeks and didnt have any complaints. "
Drury Plaza Hotel Colorado Springs Near the Air Force Academy

"Asked for quiet room, could not sleep because next door adults had a super loud party till 3:30 am, screaming, laughing, loud talking. Staff did not care and barely said sorry. No hand lotion in the room. Staff didn't know the Kickback menu. Food good at kickback and breakfast. Neither Front desk nor Help Desk knew how to open the microwave in room, said they'd send up someone, I said don't bother, but they did anyway to my dismay- I couldn't let him in because I was getting dressed. Shocked at this experience!"

"We stay in Colorado Springs frequently but have never stayed here before. We have decided to stay here from now on. The facility was so relaxing and absolutely beautiful. We live in a beautiful place further in the mountains, but tucked into this tiny valley it was so quiet and secluded!!
It was hard to believe we were only minutes from the "big city" and the places we needed to go on our erand-run-to-town."
"The charged for Parking while other hotels in same area did not have parking fees. Same Food Menu Daily, not a lot of Fruit Choices. Room was clean but since hotel was having renovations it smelled bad with leaky roofs and leaky room windows. Picture showed they had outside balcony.None of the room have it. I had more expectations from Embassy Suites but not as expected, same quality as others with cheaper rates, no difference. "
