"The room was dirty. Disgusting towel soaked with who knows what and left in the fridge! Smelt terrible. If I hadnt gotten there so late and just to sleep I would have freaked out. Which once I woke i pretty much did. Stains on comforter, dirty shower, mis match towels-possibly clean possibly not. I honestly want a refund!!?? "

"My stay for a concert at red rocks was exactly what I needed! THEN I got a handwritten and personalized thank you card noting that I went to the concert. A hotel has never done that for me before. The staff was so friendly and helped me with whatever I needed. 100% would stay here again"

"The hotel was great and the rooms were clean, but would stood out the most…the breakfast! Wow, I was very impressed at the selections, how clean it was kept during use and was busy. Blew me away!"

"I had a great stay at Origin Hotel Red Rocks. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff was friendly and welcoming the whole time. My only complaint is the toiletries, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash seemed watered down or lower quality, and there wasn’t any lotion provided. For the price per night, I would expect better amenities in that area. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again."

"I chose a Hilton, because it was to stand for excellence. There was no cleaning service, no kettle to make hot water, or tea bags. The coffee machine had no pot. Breakfast was minimal. I was told if I needed anything, call the desk. For that price, it was disappointing."

"Our bed frame was on wheels on linoleum flooring; every time we moved, so did the bed. Hotel's location is really bad to get in/out of. Cheap stay to save money for redrocks."
