"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"Would not class this room as an apartment- it was a hotel room. The kitchenette did not have an oven, and was lacking a lot of basic items which made it difficult to cook over a long stay (6 nights). Wasn’t a desk so working at the small table was a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was little to no noise insulation however and noise from the hallway carried. A bit weird reception is on the second floor but not really an issue. Overall was okay but wouldn’t...
