Dirty and ruined down

Unfortunately I paid for a middle-range hotel and recieved a very bad service. No blankets, the bathroom stunk and a couple of cockroaches welcomed us in the room. It is far away from anything one could think of in Colombo. A very bad experience.

Convenient and clean hotel with friendly staff

First impression was really bad. We were given a smelly room with a non operational toilet but the staff were very lovely they changed us room. The new room was clean and practical for couple + 1 child.

Just the worst

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Talk about bad marketing. Nothing was as advertised. The rooms were filthy, the hallways dingy and dark. Lizards everywhere. You can expect that of cottages or cheap hostels but this place was charging quite high! Definitely not hotel standards. They said they have a rooftop bar and restaurants, also not true. We left this place within minutes without a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My stay as SANSU

The hotel is bad, just plain bad. The rooms are very old and so is the furniture. The location also isn't great as there are no decent food joints around. The hotel doesn't provide water. The wifi was very bad and it took several hours for them to fix it. The only good thing about the hotel is that they arrange for a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price at any time.

女性のステイには不向き

女子1人旅で、宿泊予約しましたが、ホテルに着いて部屋のバスタオルを見てビックリ。一晩過ごせないと思い他のホテルへ移りました。部屋は値段相応だと思いますが、女子にはキツイかも。フロントのスタッフの対応は良い方だと思います。 本当に節約して宿泊したい方向けです。コロンボのメイン街からも少し離れてます。

Cheap, good for few nights, easy to reach center

If you just want staying overnight for 1 or two nights you find a very cheap hotel in a quiet neigborhoud, The restaurant staff is very nice and provides you with your wishes. The hotel staff had no informations ybout booking and was at once not be able to find out that I had already paid.
