"This hotels a great introduction for non-germans into germanic spa culture. It is a spa facility first and foremost and a secondly a standard hotel room. Which is fine. You’re staying here to relax. Come here for 3 days (I fly over for gigs in köln) . Turn your phone off. Get some fruit and water from the supermarket. Then just use the spa from 11:00 -00:00 and you’ll have a great time. You can sunbathe on the roof terrace too. Its great and I will always stay here when in köln. The wifi is excellent speed also"

"Bog standard premier inn with some confusing lifts.... Staff were friendly on arrival and stored our bags.... was some confusion with staff on checkin but all sorted. Rooms were adequate and as expected. Location was good. Breakfast was typical Premier Inn. Worked well. Would not want to stay more than a few days though."

"Hotel is centrally located. Very busy when we checked in. Property and facilities is as you expect from Hilton so fairly uniform affair which much individual character and feeling a little dated. Staff were efficient and polite without being overly warm/friendly. Underground parking was convenient, if a little steep in price (but expected) and spaces a little tight. Rooms were spacious with all the usual amenities. Surprised it did not have a swimming pool for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast had a wide selection including freshly made omelet and eggs. Overall, recommended if you want the convenience of m staying centrally in Köln with the familiarity of the Hilton chain, less so if you are looking for somewhere a bit of character or individual service."
