The Hotel is decent. The room is well equipped and is clean. The breakfast staff is very nice. I also had breakfast there and liked the options that they had. The Portuguese receptionist (Mr. Paulo) was one of the most friendly people that I've ever talked to.
What could be improved is the wifi. I was not able to get any reliable internet connection. The 4 days that I stayed there, the internet was just slow. This is hard because I was on a business trip and I needed internet access.
Another point that I didn't like, was the receptionist in the morning. The breakfast opened at 7am, and I had a meeting at 8am, so I was a bit in a rush to get breakfast. The breakfast place is not in the same building as the hotel. I arrived at the reception at 6.58am and because they only open the reception at 7am I needed to wait 2 minutes for her to tell me where the breakfast place is. Note: She was already in the reception but refused to talk to me. I don't understand why she couldn't simply tell me, also I didn't appreciate her reply. When I asked for the breakfast place her response was: "Go down the street, and look for number 99". I'm not from here, so I don't know which side does the street goes down. (The street is flat).
Also, a lot of people party and they arrived drunk at 2 or 3 am making a lot of noise. One of the nights someone was so drunk that they didn't know their room, so they knocked at every door.
