Pretty good hotel for the price, especially with breakfast included. Staff were friendly, there was a good amount of parking and we liked the breakfast options. Only negatives were the slightly dirty carpet in the room and cutlery could've been cleaned better.

Good hotel, convenient to Phantasialand. A great free breakfast with excellent choice of options. Hotel & rooms clean and staff friendly & helpful. One small issue the air conditioning in the room was poor, the weather was glorious so the rooms were really hot. Other than that great stay.

This Hotel is exactly as it shows. The carpet smelled a bit in the room, I had to have the doors wide open for fresh air, for me it was warm during my stay and we were given a room with no ac ☹️. I asked for one and was told maintenance hadn’t set it up yet. But the reception did bring me a fan for the night- kudos to him. He provided us with a map and bus route in case we did it want to drive. Plenty of safe parking. On another note, breakfast was great for us, friendly staff. Thank you.

Always our first choice stay

The overall hotel is fab stayed here over 3 times and is our first choice always in Germany, but we was on ground floor, and the WiFi didn't reach our room, and all the air conditioning was not available ( even though this was stated on the amenities available) , but was provided a fan. Breakfast was lovely as always. Lots to choose from. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are big enough.
