We booked last minute but ridiculously overpriced. The shower backed up on the first night which I informed the attendant the first day and they did nothing about it. I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever showed up. The refrigerator did not work, I informed the front desk and they did not do anything about it. No coffee machines in the room. When I asked the front desk about coffee he told me only during breakfast it is free. that is it 2.50 euros. yet other guest were drinking it without paying. I witnessed it. So basically - they took FULL ADVANTAGE of the "American" knowing we had no other choice. STAY AWAY !! I get I booked last minute but HIGHWAY ROBBERY- never again.

Der Preis der Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Leider sind in unserem Zimmer viel Mängel gewesen und es war ziemlich laut aufgrund des Bahnverkehrs. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich konnte es nicht zum Hotel schaffen. Ich rief fünf Mal an und der Kundendienst legte immer wieder auf und behauptete, er könne mich nicht hören. Ich rief wieder an und er weigerte sich zu picken. Ich möchte eine volle Rückerstattung, da ich nicht die Nacht im Hotel verbracht habe

Wenn Sonntag Morgens vor dem auschecken mehrere Leute gleichzeitig duschen, gibt es kein Wasser mehr auf den Zimmern. Wird an der Rezeption als ganz normal abgestempelt.
