"Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we appreciated that the room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, one concern did impact our experience. There was a group of young guests nearby who were quite loud late into the night, using profanity and drinking into the early hours. As our room was conjoined, we could clearly hear an argument that broke out, which made it difficult to get adequate rest. Unfortunately, we had a long drive the following day—originally 13 hours, extended to 15 due to traffic and an accident—so the lack of sleep made the journey especially exhausting. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, we do wish the noise disturbance had been addressed, as it would have greatly improved our overall experience."

"The room was certainly not clean like trash in the bedside drawer the bed sheets&pillow cases were disgusting there was hair in the shower ice bucket was oily and filthy could not use it when my auntee requested our bed have the linings changed while we was out to eat diner the lady at the desk just gave her new sheets instead also when we asked for another ice bucket she proceeded with attitude saying she had no other ice buckets heres a clean bag ummmm ewwwww we also requested a different room which we were told there's no other room available and they refused to refund the money offer a complimentary stay or anything thats just not good business manners i wouldnt let a maggot stay there ugh"

"Made reservations on line during the 19 hour drive and didn’t scroll to the end to see the additional charges for having a pet. The man working said he’d cancel the reservation and I’d get a refund but he lied. No cancellation. No refund. I’ll NEVER stay in another Best Western "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and food. so location was great. staff was terrible and rude. check in acted like I had inconvenienced her. there were 4 of us on the reservation, had 2 towel sets, asked 2 different times for extra but never got it. breakfast ends at 9am, ok i get it, but my child was filling a cup of orange juice when they came over and turned the machine off on him mid pour. the next day i saw someone getting cereal (the milk was right next to the dispenser) he set his now full cereal bowl and as he reached for the milk she took it out of reach and said 'we closed'. these were only a few interactions. "
