"We turned up at the hotel about 1.30pm on the Saturday and were told to come back at 3 to check in. We haven’t seen queues like it to check in to hotel! "Check in was straightforward as I’d already paid. Room was very basic but clean and tidy. Shower, sink and toilet were all clean and there were plenty of towels. The large bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Tea and coffee were provided. All in all, a good stay. Thank you."

"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth.
