"Nice, New, clean ! Great location - close to highway and lots of restaurants in plaza - Neighboors and North italia were favorites from our trip. Staff super friendly and survived TN snow storm of 2026 in comfort. Only negative was that HBO was not included on tv as it was in other Marriott properties 5 stars all around "

"Was very happy other than I had to run the dishwasher from the people before our stay and when I opened the dishwasher container it stilled on the floor and had no way to sweep it up an the next morning housekeeper came and emptied my trash but never swap up the floor. That really bugged me."

"We were able to get a room here from Monday- Friday morning during the Nashville ice storm while our house was without power. We originally booked for one night, and kept adding on as we still didn’t have power. I’m so thankful for a clean and warm place to stay. The staff at this hotel is top tier! Everyone was so kind, welcoming and understanding. The hotel itself was very comfortable and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
