"I wasn’t happy that when I came back to the hotel from work my room wasn’t cleaned.. I wasn’t informed at the reception you had to place your card outside the door to let them know you need your room cleaned.. for me this is a hotel trying to deceive you into not cleaning your room"

Rooms are run-down and not matching what you would expect for the room rates, especially the bathrooms - with dirty grout and moldy caulking, holes in the tiles from previously attached bathroom accessories. "The cabin we stayed in was lovely and we enjoyed watching the Alpacas very much. The location is great as it is a five minute drive from nice beaches and restaurants etc. However, the cleaning fee is absurd and costs as much as a nights accommodation.
