"Nice, clean hotel. We were there for a concert and definitely think we paid premium for our 1 night stay. We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. "The room has that “industrial feel” to it though it’s clean, staff were friendly although some seemed unenthusiastic about their job. Food was mediocre- only three counters, plus the bar, were open with very limited choices. The lady who took our order was nice- she came up to our table to ask “how’s the food” and if “everything was ok”. Breakfast was a joke- sorry. They gave 1 apple, 1 granola bar and 1 bottle of apple juice- each for me and my husband in a bag hang on the entry’s doorknob. ...

"Amazing customer service experience. I stayed two nights sbd could not have been happier with the staff. I had an issue with the bed the first night and they happily changed my room the next morning. On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus. The valet serviceman came to my room at 4:30 in the morning, took my bags down to the shuttle and watched over them until the shuttle. He then loaded the bags on the shuttle without...

"Nice breakfast, hotel needs an update."

"Check in was quick and easy. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Had lunch in the restaurant and service and food was great. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Only issue we had was the card reader going in and out of the parking garage. Didn’t like my cards. Tried reprogramming them a couple of times but they just didn’t work. Staff was accommodating getting us in and out. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

"I was not satisfied with this place not one bit. The pictures online is much different from what you are really getting. Online the rooms look like it's a nice place to stay. I would rather sleep a dog house than to stay at that place. The bed was sinking in the middle. And room smell awful. I was supposed to have stay there for 3 days. They would not refund me my money back for one day but refund it back for the other two day. Had to find some place else to stay. If I ever come back to Fairfax...
