We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

The location is amazing - the funicular is just nearby and takes you down to Como. The views from up high are absolutely breathtaking! Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"Hotel is in the actual middle of Como with lake views. Rooms are very nice. Flooring is new and bathrooms are modern marble and good size. Complimentary breakfast is elegant with tablecloths and servers with lake views. All the restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby walking distance. It’s so convenient staying at the Palace."
