Overall good.
"Overall it was good. Friendly staff.Beds was comfy and sheets was clean. Only down side was the room 334 we had was abit dusty. Blinds had a layer of dusts and inside the cups that was provided. A drawer had used pair of socks in them."

"Lovely hotel with a really nice underground pool which you can use for 1 hour, we chose 7-8pm and we were the only ones there! The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from all of the main shops and about 7-8 minutes from the Charlotte street car park which had loads of spaces. If I stay in bath again ..."

"The property was perfect for us. Had a little kitchen, bed and shower. All clean and easy to access. The car park was a little small though and as it was busy it was quite tight. All in all though a great little apartment. Would definitely use again."
