Needs updating, and an electrician
The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but our room had many issues: the window unit didn't fit the window well, so there was a draft (we were in a blizzard, so this was an issue). Draft under the door, as well. I stuffed towels in both places. We weren't told the window unit didn't work, so when we tried it we lost all power to the room, so I had to go to the front desk to get power turned on again. We were told to just use the space heater on the night stand. The fixtures on the sink were not attached well. There was an extension cord running from an outlet under the window, looped over the door to the room, then to the TV on a different wall. Broken/chipped plaster in the bathroom ceiling, incomplete floor tiling there as well. For what we paid for this room (around $108, plus $15 for our pet), I expected better room conditions.

I’m sorry for inconvenience but heavy snow and wind all snow went to the AC unit and I don’t think so there is unfinished floor in the room. And before I we rented room to you we ask you you to see the room and you check the room and Agee to take it.

Wow. Not clean linens or room. No TV in room. No chair. Not even a hook to hang clothes. Disorganized check in. No way would I go to an XYO motel again. Yikes!

The hotel was obviously in a stage of refurbishment. My room was clean, but surrounding areas outside were bad. My room had heat only by a tiny space heater, which quit working five minutes after it was turned on. Worst of all was my door had no lock other than the chain lock. I moved furniture to secure the door. However, I stay at Oyo hotels as i travel and I am sure as soon as remodel is completed the hotel will meet the expected standards. The man who checked me is was very congenial, but not so much the female.

Beware of this hotel!
This hotel is horrible and run down. We drove by and chose to keep on driving and stay elsewhere. The pictures online looked different and like they had been taken years ago. There was a room that had wafer board on it that looked like the door had been kicked in. The pictures online were misleading. When we called to complain about it they would not issue a refund but we chose not to stay anyways because we have small children and would not have felt safe.

Overall, if cost is your only concern, the property is OK. Room was tidy but the lights didn't all work and the TV power was provided through a hole in the wall with an extension cord from an adjoining room. A window AC/heating unit and a small table-top portable heater seemed to indicate that the room was going to be cold. We turned both on, went to sleep, and awoke a couple hours later to a freezing room - the two units tripped a circuit breaker for the room. The onsite manager reset the breaker and was kind enough to refund the 2nd night of the room when we re-booked to another property, for which we were grateful.

Nothing unique about the property at all. The rooms are a mess, they don’t get cleaned well at all. All the beds, behind the tables and stuff hasn’t been swept in months. The person at the front desk gave someone a key to our room so he could yet in it without us there or without our permission.

It was old, dilapidated, and filthy. The window was broken and only one out of 4 light bulbs worked! The room cost $50, which was about the going rate for most the hotels in that town.

SUPER sketchy area. Rooms are really dirty. There was mold in the closet. Missing light blubs. Paint peeling. The night manager is nice, but in no way did I feel safe there as a woman traveling alone.

Worst filth I've ever seen
This hotel was utterly disgusting. Three dead roaches, stains on carpet, walls, bedspread. Something splattered on tv. Coffee pot and coffee packages so dirty couldn't use. Shower would not get hot. Ice bucket so dirty it had a slimy film on it. Horrible hotel. When I showed the photos I took to office person he did not care or offer refund. Made me pay pet deposit in cash which was odd. Filthy place. You cannot stay here and definitely will not get any rest. Be careful when you book online. No human or animal should stay at Country Club Inn.

Room was obviously being redone and parts were new but the ceiling was peeling and pieces of that were on the floor. Same in the bath. Dirty walls to the left of the sink-squashed bugs,etc The room did have a new tv, carpeting, AC but given its state was not ready for occupancy yet

Trash motel literally had bugs in the room, very run down. To top it off the owner stole money off of my card after paying in cash, hotels.com didn’t even reach back out to me after incident happen. Don’t recommend keeping a card on file or even going through hotels.com if they can’t correct a problem or even reassure their customers that things like this will not happen.

A little off the beaten track, this is a "retro motel" of the style I remember growing up. Smaller and more personable than the Mega Hotels, comfortable and quiet.

Knight mare Inn
They did not have my registration, said Hotel.com was at fault. Offered a room at another hotel, Knights Inn,he ownded 20miles back the way we came. The room there was awful. The “staff” (I think it was his teen son) had to fix the light in the bathroom. The bathroom door wouldn’t open completely. The TV guide was was incorrect. The AC compressor would screech for 10 seconds every time the compressor came on (every 2 to 5 minutes). The “staff” fiddled with it and turned it on and off. Five minutes later same screech. The staff said a maintenance man he called said the AC was old and we should turn the AC to low and it wouldn’t come in as often. Five minutes later, you guessed it. The staff said he didn’t have any more non-smoking and he could give us a fan if we wanted to turn off the AC. We didn’t sleep much that night. The complimentary breakfast room was about 8x8 with coffee, lame pastries, two kids cereals.

Decent...barely
The most inexpensive hotel in town, but noticeably dated and needs a remodel badly. No wifi was to be had, even though their listing online shows that they offer it. The front desk is rarely staffed. Bedding was clean, and so was the bathroom. Towels were noticeably worn, carpet was vacuumed, but still quite stained. I would recommend this hotel only if you are really short on funds.

Sheets were dirty and had yellow stains all over, fridge was dirty and stinky, manager came in and I showed him kitchen floor and all the dirt he apologized and brought clean sheets in, dry coffee stains on the floor, pills on the floor, trash was not removed in bathroom or kitchen

Older but nice.
The motel is older, but the place has been kept up with. The room we stayed in needs a good coat of paint to cover up the graffiti that is on the bathroom walls. The area is quiet and it is nice to be able to park in front of your room. The man checking us in was quick and polite. I would stay again.

this motel is old and formerly had a not so good reputation and I did not know that before booking and found out later from those who knew. I am not sure it has changed hands but after many years it probably has, There was no telephone in the room.but it was clean but also needed some repair. The back of this place leaves a little to be desired. on a scale of ten idt gets 3. On a scale of 5 a 2

Cheap but not worth it.
Carpet worn and stained. Enough dirt on top of A/C Heat unit to write "Clean Me". No pillow cases. Bathroom faucet dripping. NO HOT WATER.
