"It was ok stay and the front desk are not accommodating at all. I have asked for a down stairs room since we had so much luggage and no elevator but they simply said no and didn’t bother. We had to carry all our luggage through stairs and it’s a pain to go through this. Breakfast is average and lacks variety. "

"When I first checked in there were facial hairs (I think) all over the sink. First night my heater kicked on at 1:30 am and sounded like a semi starting. The next day I went to report it and get an extra room key but no one was at the front desk until after noon. The second day I needed some coffee for my room but again, at 7:00 pm, no one at the desk or available. The staff that I did speak with was nice enough. All of the issues I had seemed to be poor management. Proper staffing and quality control processes would have made the stay much better. "

"Excellent room overall. However, the Expedia website said the property was in Torrey. It is NOT. Drove all the way to Torrey then had to call the hotel to find out it was in Caineville. Also NO food nearby. 25 minute drive to Hanksville for dinner. Eat before you head to the hotel. "

"Great location! Private and quiet. Simple lodge type environment. Breakfast was simple but good. They made adjustments for gluten intolerance. The hot tub was just started up for the season, looked very nice but we were too busy to use it."
