Quisiera saber en qué momento reservo una habitación para el hotel balneario y me dan una habitación en una cabaña vieja y sucia… Mediocre, me dieron el puente de la constitución… No lo recomiendo para nada. Está para reformar y ya que están, para un curso de limpieza. No se puede cobrar el dineral que piden por ese espanto de recinto. He estado en el resto de balnearios de España y sin duda, este es el peor con diferencia.

Pedí cama de matrimonio y vistas a la montaña y me dieron una habitación que estaba anticuada y metida en una colina en la que no había ventilación, por suerte nos cambiaron a otra en la cual nos encontramos una cucaracha a la vuelta de los baños.

El SPA es maravilloso y las habitaciones del hotel son una pasada si vas con personas con movilidad reducida,lo único es que las casetas donde te tienes que hospedar si vas con mascota son un poco viejas y desgastadas. La atención a los clientes es una maravilla, el buffet un poco caro por la calidad de la comida, pero bueno en general estamos encantados y volvemos

Por lo general todo perfecto, en el tema de comida un poco escaso y mala calidad, lo puedo llegar a entender por el precio que tiene, pero deberían de tener otra opción. Por lo demás repito que está perfecto.

El alojamiento bien. Depende de la zona que te toque unas habitaciones mejores que otras. Muchas cuestas y escaleras para moverte por el recinto. La comida bien. Incluye agua y vino En la cafetería... El personal desbordado LimpieZa correcta Balneario correcto. En general bien. Alejado del pueblo. Pero con muchas posibilidades de hacer excursiones por libre y organizadas
