"Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup."

"This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a balcony overlooking a small lake with beautiful “Waterbirds”. We had no housekeeping services so no clean towels and no additional coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine. "Just a wonderful stay especially for the price. Hotel is set off the main highway in the woods. We had a king bed room, it was huge and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the woods. Dining room was very nice and a very good breakfast. Oh yes, indoor heated pool and sauna! Sad we stayed only one night."

"This motel is very overpriced for the amenities and cleanliness. This is a motel and yet the front door do not automatically opened. With luggage this was very difficult to navigate. Looking at the ventilation unit filter, one can tell that this room has not been cleaned. The window was open. The shower head was Filthy! There was no plug in the drain to take a bath. "Was supposed to stay for four nights. They lost electricity because of a storm, understandable. We stayed overnight and awoke to no water or electricity. Can’t stay in a hotel with no lights and no way to use the bathroom. Had to leave and still waiting for refund."
