"The room was very clean and smelled nice. Staff was kind and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and they loved her. We have stayed here a number of times during travel and it is a favorite for us."

"There were ball tournaments in the area and hotel stays were pricing out at $260-350 a night and we weren't about to pay that amount. We were traveling and just needed to sleep so we were looking for clean and safe. That's exactly what we found. :) The hotel is not new but it was very clean and smelled wonderful. I've been in big chain hotels that were not nearly as clean. We travel a lot and Mariot or Holiday Inn Express are 2 of our favorites. There was no musty old carpet smell like you sometimes run across in hallways. We could tell the staff gives a lot of TLC and take pride in their work. We spoke with 2 staff members and both were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend the Lantern and would stay there again in the future."
