Nasty floor throughout the room, under the beds. Corners and base boards were very dirty. Stayed 2 nights, only got towel service. Cups were not replaced, floors still dirty. Will NOT stay here again! I have pictures if you’d like to see them.

it was substandard. the room floors were filthy. it advertised free breakfast, and there was only a pay cafe on premises. they made coffee in lobby in the am ,only allowed cup per guest, and the pot in the was for 2-6oz cups one package per day. they had resident people, which we can understand, but we smelled way too much pot for our liking! *the staff were very nice, but we wouldn't go there again. this isn't the 1st time things aren't what is advertised.

The room we were in needs a total gut and rebuild. Floors and grout were dirty and slick. Everything needs fixing, walls, sink, tub, toilet paper holder. Bathroom knob is almost coming off in your hand. People outside the rooms in chairs smoking which was drifting into our room. No, we won’t be back. TV was nice and the staff was friendly.

I understand that a lot of their customers utilize this hotel prior to or proceeding to go on a cruise. I was out of the room the majority of the day & upon returning the bed was not made, dirty towels were still in a pile & trash cans were full.

The bathroom had mold, the entire floor was sticky the room smelled moldy. I would not stay here again. I almost left but we were only staying for 2 nights before heading to the cruise port so we sucked it up. The staff was pleasant, it was just the condition of the room that was not good.

It's sort of off beaten track. Nice restaurant on premises, but its only open for breakfast and lunch. It needs a dinner option. Nothing else close by.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the overall hotel and the rooms were disgusting and moldy, so bad that the smell knocked you over as soon as you opened the room door, wedid not stay we left and went somewhere else to stay. Now i am trying to get a refund.

Owner is extremely nice and does walk around property to check on . We checked in early to drop off all our stuff and headed out to an event upon arriving check in took a while so we ran in dropped our stuff off and left. Definitely an older hotel which I’ve stayed in plenty . Come night time came back to rooms and they were pretty outdated old and dirty like a years worth of dust underneath chairs tables etc. small holes in wall, sinks are in very poor condition toilet kept not flushing . A bug on the bed and dead cockroaches in the corner of room . I called front desk and they offered to move rooms but the same outdated bad condition my ceiling had a lot of damage. Mold on doors and chairs. The lady said no refunds because we check in at noon and it’s now 830 even though we’re were gone the entire time. I will never ever stay here again or recommend anyone else too, convenience is not worth it. I couldn’t sleep and if it wasn’t time with a kid I would have left and found a new place or even slept in my car. Seriously. The lady said well the rooms were all just sprayed by the exterminator yeah well house keeping still didn’t clean for years the entire ceiling of dead spiders and cob webs would prove otherwise.

I needed a room with a kitchen, while we were traveling. Didn't want to spend a lot, This worked for that. But it was just dated so that is why I gave it a 3. But the staff was really good and nice. And it was clean. So would I stay there again, yes.

I booked 3 rooms for my family to stay overnight before getting on a cruise the next day. When we drove up, the parking lot felt very unsafe with a lot of people in different areas all around standing around. It doesn’t look like the Wyndham name should be affiliated with the days in. My daughter checked in, went around, felt very uncomfortable and opened the door to the room and it was not, what was expected or seen in the pictures online therefore we ended up finding three more rooms at another hotel that night and canceled the ones there at the end. We requested a refund and consideration for refund due to the circumstances that we felt it was dirty and very unsafe to stay there with six children , but have not we have not heard or received any compensation as a result date. I do not recommend this hotel for any family or children at this time.

There was a very strong smell of cleaner but clearly no one cleaned. There was mildew or mold around the tub, got out of the shower with wet feet and left dirty feet marks. The grout in the floor was filthy

Property had no upkeep. Several large holes in carpet and many dark carper stains. The chairs at the pool were all falling apart. Bathroom dooe would not close and water not turn off. Ran out of hot water in shower after 1 minute.

The rooms were disgusting. We were initially put in a room on the first floor around the back and it was evident someone had smoked in it and it was musty. We were moved to the 2nd floor facing the pool and it was better, but again, the air quality in the room was very poor. We had a large group and had 5 rooms booked, each room stunk and every single person in our group absolutely hated it and wanted to leave immediately. The bathtub and sink were gross with lots of mold in the shower grout and around the sink faucet. We refused to remove our shoes at any point in the room. No question , you better wear shower shoes. We slept fully clothed because we were concerned about the cleanliness of the sheets. Someone vomited on the pool deck. Seriously, if you’re considering this place: RUN!! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Room needed updating and had rusty metal rods For hanging clothes and towel racks. The curtains were stained and had cigarette holes. The beds we were told were newer and were comfortable- the center court rooms facing the pool looked to be a little more updated. The dining room (was not complimentary) but had great food and service. Most staff was very nice

The pool was dirty, the room had a strange smell and looked very old and hadn't been upkept well. there were water stains on the ceiling and our bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. My wife was scared to be left alone with the kids while i went to get us dinner.

It's an older property, and its age shows, but that's not necessarily bad. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the other guests were quiet as far as we could tell. If you're looking for a decent room, just off I-95 in Cocoa, we can recommend this motel. Oh, and the on-site restaurant, C's Waffles, is a very good place to grab breakfast or lunch (they mostly aren't open for dinner).
