"Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex. "

"Knowing this wasn’t a 5-star hotel, our expectations were low. We arrived here at the end of a week-long travel and were surprised at how this was the perfect stop for the night before our flight from Liberia. We loved this motel-style stop and there was a small breakfast included that had something for everyone. "

"Cute little hotel in downtown Liberia. It's pretty basic but clean and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. After our flight was cancelled on a Saturday evening, we ended up at El Cerro along with many others from the flight. The staff worked hard to get everyone settled, gave us late night dinner options, and booked cabs back to the airport for the morning. So grateful to the wonderful front desk person on Sat March 21!"

"Nice room with perfectly renovated bathroom (I had #2). Good air condition and bed. Perfect for a quick early morning drive to the airport. Nice surroundings but close to main thoroughfare and restaurants and just across from downtown. (I brought a sleeping pill to sleep through the moderate street noise). Coffee available in lobby, nice surroundings and friendly bilingual personal, easy check in. Great value, recommended! "

"Our room had a funky smell, but not enough to complain. The neighbors door kept slamming and shaking the wall. The pool was beautiful, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. "

"Close to airport. Poor communication on how to access the property. I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. While we could have moved the smaller bed to the second bedroom, it didn't have any AC and was blistering hot. I messaged asking for a new room or some kind of help and received no...

"Personnel attentionné à répondre aux besoins des clients. L’environnement ne manque pas de points de vue magnifiques. Les restaurants sont très bien. Prévoir des déplacements entre la chambre et les points de services, une navette est disponible et facilite le tout. Il manque de chaises longues et de parasols pour répondre à tous les clients surtout sur la plage où aucune ombrage n’est disponible. "
