"Great experience ! Good location. I was impressed by how clean is kept. The kitchen is excellent! It has all kind of pans, utensils, everything! And is impeccable at all times ;) What made the difference was Alonso and Alejandra at the front desk. They are exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to help you. "We love our room, it was comfortable. The restaurant is amazing and staff is very friendly. We were a little bit worried about some bats hanging outside the bathroom (behind the fence). Our room didn't have air conditioning but it wasn't necessary at all, the design of the room make it very confortable. "

"Maria at the front desk is very helpful. She helped me arrange for my bird watching tour and she gives me tips on where I can go for my solo adventure. She is very kind and professional. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. I recommend this place highly."
