"Our stay at Parrot Cove was nothing short of amazing. From breathtaking views to delicious breakfast, this place was top notch. The staff was more than helpful when we faced a significant delay at the airport that put us getting in much later than anticipated. Yoli went above and beyond to stay in contact with me and setting up someone to be there when we arrived after hours. The breakfast was so good: traditional Belizean breakfast with the freshest fruit I have ever had. Beds were extremely comfortable and the AC about froze us out of the room. Overall, 10/10 on the stay. I will be back to Hopkins and, specifically, Parrot Cove."

His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. He was always attentive, accommodating, and seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. George is a tremendous asset to the resort. The resort itself was absolutely immaculate. Every area was spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed to create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The vibe was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, welcoming, and the perfect place to unwind. And let's not forget the food! Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, expertly crafted, refreshing, and the perfect complement to each day in paradise.
