Casa Swell is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Teresa. It is ideally located, close to the beach and within easy reach of some of the area’s best restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The team was also extremely accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay and enjoy a late checkout until 2:00 p.m. Everything contributed to making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Casa Swell and would gladly stay there again.

Amazing place! Apartment was perfect and beautifully decorated. Was even bigger than what the pictures show. Marissa, the host, is the best and super helpful! 10/10!

Beautiful Boutique Villa in a Great Location We had a wonderful stay at Casa Swell! The boutique villa was beautifully designed, with stylish boho decor, tropical surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere that suited us perfectly. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy the laid-back vibe of Santa Teresa. The property offered a comfortable, welcoming space and felt like a great value for the price. We loved the overall aesthetic and the tropical setting. We would happily recommend Casa Swell to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to stay while exploring Santa Teresa. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Swell Boutique Hotel in Santa Teresa! The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host, Marisa, was amazing and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We especially loved Room 1! It was comfortable and perfect for our family, especially because we were travelling with a small child. Having the room on the ground floor made everything so much easier and more convenient with our little one. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Casa Swell to anyone visiting. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Swell! The apartment was spotless, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and always happy to help with any request we had, making us feel at ease. The location is one of the biggest highlights, as it's within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach, so we hardly needed the car. The area also felt very safe, which made it easy to explore both during the day and in the evening. Overall, Casa Swell offers a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved this property! This was a much better choice than getting a hotel for the price. It was very private with more space and had a full kitchen. Also had a nice balcony and in a great location in Santa Teresa. Not even a five minute walk across the street to the main beach.

Place was nice and very well located but the process to check in was not as smooth as expected, I kept asking for the instructions to check in as we were already there and instructions were not sent. The place is spacious and well located, but there was a window door not looking and never got a replied from the host just after we left saying sorry I missed your message. It is very close to the Main Street so can be loud of cars at some points.

The location is amazing and the rooms, in all honesty, were better than advertised. Right in the heart of everything, near a gym, surf schools, yoga spots, food, and the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

I strongly recommend casa Swell -10 🌟

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is brand new, with modern amenities and a beautiful design. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to the beach and all the major attractions in the city. What truly made our stay special, however, was our host. Marisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. She was attentive and helpful, providing us with valuable and recommendations on how to make the most of our stay. Please make sure you have her contact information before arriving at the property. This will make all the difference. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location made it easy to explore Santa Teresa. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The host's attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly unforgettable. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
