"The room was old and carpet really dirty. The room was too dark and air conditioning is loud. "

"Rooms were crappy, tv would not work I understand they were transferring companies, heat did work had to call 3 times to get maintenance up there got heat fixed somewhat temp went up to 68 as cold as it was in Indy not a good look for them and I thought I was staying 2 nights because of flight delay but only stayed 1 night got a text late text so I had to leave next day and still waiting on refund!"

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times and have found the hotel to be quiet, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Even super close to the airport. The staff here is kind and accommodating. Easy grab and go breakfast! "
