The only thing I could complain about is the street noise at night, but after renting the AC the second night, everything was perfect. Super clean and everything looks new and we'll kept. "Very close to Starbucks, Wong Grocery, very good restaurants of wide variety. One block from Javier Prado a major street where one can take a bus, only 8 soles to go to Mall, easy and safe to walk. Walking distance to Country Club hotel but an inexpensive taxi ride if elderly."

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. All of the pools seemed to have less than pristine water in them as well, and one of us fell on the...

"I took this place because I wanted to take a shower on my way from Lima to Cusco and guess what they did not have hot water at 2 in the morning and the receptionist told me that he's going to fix it and he never did I left the place at 4 a.m. and I checked in at 2 a.m. this is not a place that anybody wants to spend any time in it."
