Hotel Spa di Wilayah Coastal

"This is by far the best hotel airport we have ever stayed in. If only we’ve known about this one on our inbound trip to Cusco via Lima. We stayed at another brand instead which we thought was in the airport, but it was actually on the perimeter. Having had a bad experience there we started to look around and found this hotel for our outbound from Cusco. Very similar price to the other hotel but significantly different and much much better in all regards. Very close to the terminal building...

"El hotel es precioso, bien ubicado y muy cómodo. Nos quedamos en una habitación al lado de la piscina. El plan del hotel a Islas Ballestas es inmejorable: muy bien organizado, el guía muy conocedor y amable y es en una lancha privada del hotel muy cómoda. La conserje nos ayudó con el plan de los buggies que no fue en Ica sino en un desierto muy cerca del hotel en el que teníamos los buggies asignados solo para nuestro grupo y unos guías muy atentos. La comida en el restaurante del hotel...

"The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring."

"Ich muss leider mein negatives Erlebnis in diesem Hotel niederschreiben, weil ich noch nie so ein Verhalten mir gegenüber in einem Hotel erlebt habe und dann auch noch in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Ich bin an die Rezeption, weil die Seite um in das Wlan zu gelangen, mal wieder nicht funktioniert hat. An der Rezeption fragte ich den Herren, ob er mir helfen könnte. Er hat es 2-3 probiert an meinem Handy - es hat aber nicht geladen - Fehlermeldung 403. Und da war der Herr der Meinung er hätte seinen...
