Be ready for roaches galore, loud neighbors and staff that’s more concerned about kicking you out and doubling their money on a room than any kind of “service”. The “pet friendly” motel waited 36 hours to decide to enforce their pet deposit and fees and when we told them the desk never told us about any such charges immediately called the police and had us put out. PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS AND GO ELSEWHERE !!!! Trust me"

"Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. "For the price it’s grate. It’s about 30 min away from the marine base, it is an hour away from ILH, and everything is in basically Wilmington. Jacksonville has some places but it doesn’t have nearly as much at Wilmington. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or weird stuff. So, I would say that the hotel was pretty nice. Thor coffee is good too. I’m a sucker for hotel coffee."
