"We requested a first floor ocean view room and it did not disappoint. We were able to walk out the door and about 50 yards to the beachfront. The staff were super friendly and it was great atmosphere for families. "

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! There were a few things that were a little frustrating, such as the beds being rather uncomfortable and the ceiling fan not working, but overall it was very nice. The environment is great, the location is perfect. I do wish that the parking were less cumbersome, but it IS River Street. It would be wonderful to see the Trolley system utilized specifically with the hotel so that visitors have more options for transportation. The rooftop pool and bar were cozy...

"The property looks "meh" and a little old/dated, area looks lower middle class, so don't expect a ton of dining/shopping choices or a beautiful area. There is a Publix nearby and few small shopping centers Our room inside looked clean and refreshed. The sheets felt soft and newer and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. We had a non smoking & smelled no odors of any kind. (A big plus for me!) We had a decent size mini fridge with tiny freezer inside, TV, clock, coffee maker with coffee/cups....
